All rates are net/villa/night, quoted in USD, and inclusive of welcome drinks, welcome fruits, return airport
transfers, and daily American breakfasts for up to 8 persons.
High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Easter Week
Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8 (Christmas & New Year period).
Reservation Procedure
All enquiries are handled on first come/first payment received basis.
All reservations must be made in writing via email or fax.
Minimum Stay
Low season: 3 nights.
High season: 5 nights.
Peak season: 7 nights.
Check in/out time
Check-in time: after 13:00 Check-out time: before 12:00
In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00.
Late check-out until 16:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate.
A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 16:00.
